Ashley has loved learning to read since starting Kindergarten. It's so cute that we find her in random places curled up with a book.

Ugh...so much for staying up to date!

Well, things have been busier than ever and things have gotten left at the wayside. Unfortunately, the blog has been one of them. LOL...I'd say I'd catch up but I won't so I'll just jump right into current and see where we go from there. :) First, I want to introduce you to my newest adventure Heather's Homefront Handbags. I'm now creating purses and other things out of used military uniforms and I love it! Please check me out on both Facebook and on blogspot too! www.HeathersHomefrontHandbags.blogspot.com

One Last Trip to Seattle

Before leaving Washington, we made sure to get up to Seattle one last time. We had a great time walking around and seeing the sights. Here are some of my fav pics from the day trip.

John's BIG day!

In May, John walked for his diploma for the Master's Degree he completed in June. He just recently received word that he also passed his comp test in June and that his official diploma is on it's way. We're sooo proud of him and all of his accomplishments.

Our 10th Anniversary Vacation

On March 25, we celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary. For the special occassion we decided to take the girls to Disneyland, San Diego, San Francisco and even a stop in Brookings, Oregon to visit with some of John's family. We had an amazing time away. We even opted to spend the Disney part of the vacay in style by staying at the Disneyland Resort. It was fantastic and I'm not sure if we'll ever be able to go back to a non Disney hotel in the future. Here are just some of our gazillion pics...
